On April third I made the mistake of placing an order with this company. The order was for a vehicle speed sensor the price was good.

After not receiving anything in my email as to tracking I decided to call them and I found out, that by April 9
They were still processing the order after 6 days?

So I decided to cancel the order on the 9th and here it is the 18th of April and this vendor told me it's still processing my refund to my account.

And they say my refund is still processing so comfortably that it's makes me wonder if they believe that their bad business practices are the norm. Maybe it is the norm in their minds.

But let me say I've been purchasing online for about 15 years now and this is the first time a vendor has made me nervous about using their service.
But in all fairness if I receive my refund by Friday April 20th I will place an update to this complaint

Well it's the 23rd and still no refund

As I said in my previous note I had cancel the order even before they had charge my card. but they charged it anyway.

I said that I would update the complaint on Auto Parts Giant so here's the update.

It's April 23rd and I am still waiting for my $114.00 credit.
