I was warned by another warranty company about these people, but thought of it as "trash talking" the competition. Shame on me. The deal WAS too good to be true.

They say, and reiterate that there is NO limit on labor. This is wrong. There is no limit on the $ amount per hour, but their book always has a lesser amount of time to complete the job than what the garage says. So, you still have to pay for the "extra" labor. The price of parts is also always too high. This was over a simple front suspension part.

I had to wait 2 days to get an answer on transmission work. Then got, "we want you to take your broke down vehicle to 'our' shop for a second opinion and even then it might not be covered." Mind you this is 21 miles away in a different county with a transmission that is messed up. Further, I would be responsible for all costs (without reimbursment) at the original shop. Of which gave me a free rental while my car is down, and is a GM certified shop working a GM vehicle. Lets review, GM mechanic on a GM vehicle wasnt good enough, I quote "we dont trust them, take it to our shop and then we might cover it" after it is clearly stated that everything is covered. Plus I would be responsible for my own tranportation, there and back, and while the vehile is down. They were getting free transportation from the first shop. They say the may offer transportation if the job takes more than 8 hours labor, but I am sure their book says 7 1/2 at most. Cause even if that 6 hour labor job runs over 8 hours, even at their shop, no rental.

Problem is, I have had the warranty for 2 1/2 months and paid $1500 for it, but the cost of the trans fix was $1600. Well I guess I did get them to pay a little over $100 for the first claim that was 1 month into the warranty but still had to wait for 3 hours to see if they would "approve" a part that was clearly listed as covered on the warranty "contract".

This is the 10th report on here about these folks. Go to the Better Business Bureau web site and you can find dozens more. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from these folks!!!!!!!
