Auto Repair Warranty, Inc. Marty Company does not exist! Fairview Park, Ohio

In 2008 I bought a 2004 Cadillac SRX from a dealer. The Manufacturers Warranty had just expired and I was encouraged to get an aftermarket extended warranty program. I did tons of research and found this company, Auto Repair Warranty, Inc, in Fairview Ohio. I researched it and found the guy who I was talking to, hisname was Marty and he presented himself as a family man, a family owned business, was very thorough in explaining my excellent coverage and took an $1599 of my money over the phne for a 5 year 50K extended warranty. Today, November 18th, 2011 i finally had cause to call them, one whole system in my car failed, I dug up the contract, looked at it and indeed the repair is covered. I followed all the steps for filing a claim with them hoping they'd contact the mechanic and honor the warranty. They are not to be found. Their phone numbers do not connect to anything, there is no record of their existence, they cannot be contacted. I have not read one  report of anyone having a successful exchange with them and have found over 20 complaints and on line posts saying they have been sued by the attorney general for fraud. 

I am assuming this means there have been so many complaints that the fed had to intervene. I am more than interested in suing this company and seeking restitution. If there is a lawyer who is on this case, please contact me. If anyone can advise how i might take action agains them, please contact me. if there is anyone who HAS had a successful repair completed by this company blease post how you found them and any contact information you have. They took $1599 of my money for no product/service and have disapeared off the face of the earth. I'm hoping someone will help me find them.
