Avoid at all costs. Company damaged my truck during transit And absolutely refused to take responsibility for my damage nor make the situation right. You are better off having a 16 year old drive your car to its new destination than this rip off, pathetic excuse for an automotive shipping company. Manager Bill Fralic is without a doubt the most unprofessional, unbusinesslike,  dishonest, shady, scummy,  'manager 'you will ever encounter. This is the 4th vechicle I have shipped and the entire experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. To be brief:

1) Auto Transport group damaged my 2006 chevy silverado during transit. The new damage was apparent upon my vechicle being dropped off. After calling manager Bill Fraluc he insisted I pay the full shipment cost and we would 'determine damages later'. Absolutely not. I refused to pay until the damages to my vechicle could be assessed.

2) Manager Bill Fralic is absolute scum and refused to admit fault or accept responsibility even though the damage was clearly new. I will provide pictures...insisted damage was existing regardless of all proof to the contrary. Informed me they are not responsible under any circumstances-even though their contract does not include specific damage provisions. This company and Bill Fralic are an absolute joke. Period.

3) after auto transport group damaged my vechicle, I was informed that if I did not pay, my vechicle would go into storage and I would be obligated to pay storage costs. I refused. In what world does that make sence. Manager Bill Fralic was the most unapologetic, spiteful, scummy, shady, unprofessional patheric excuse for a businessman I have ever encounterd in 7 years of shipping vechicles. Not only did he try to lie about the damage to my truck not being caused by them, he was threatening, dishonest, and unprofessional throughout the entire experience to put it simply.  

4) after many failed attempts at a resolution for the company to be truthful and take responsibility for damaging my car, I gave up due to sheer exhaustion of dealing with dishobest, incompetent scum. Bill refused to give me the name of his insurance carrier after I informed him I would be filing my own claim after his companies refusal to admit their damage to my truck. after asking 3 times for their insurance information and Bill refusing, he finally told me, "I will give it to you later" What legitimate business withholds their insurance info after damaging your vechicle? I did some digging and discovered auto transport group is self insured through Bill Fralic. Surprise suprise. Every insurance claim would go through him. At this point, I just had to laugh. 

5) In summation, auto transport group has immensely unfit and unqualified drivers and managers, damaged my truck, lied about it, refused to take responsibility, threatened me after I refused to pay, refused to give me their insurance information and made my move a living hell. AVOID at all costs. Bill Fralic is unprofessional, dishonest SCUM and I hope he sees this.

Feel free to continue to be dishonest (as you were throughout my entire experience with your company) and twist the reality of the situation however you see fit. I am not even going to waste time addressing the flat out lies regarding an initiaal ‘inspection’. Your driver was 2 hours late upon pick up, kept getting lost on a simple highway, and I had to meet him 50 miles away from our planned meeting place, leaving my infant daughter at home with a sitter. This older gentleman almost drove my vehicle off the ramp when he initially loaded my car. If it were not for my father helping him do his job-- which he is clearly unfit for, my truck would have never even gotten loaded. As reported by my driver, “he would record all damage to my vehicle prior to leaving, and we were free to go.” So please, spare me your manipulated version which is simply untrue, and we booth know it.

If you conducted your business in a honest, reputable way, this review would not exist. It is very simple. Your laughable rebuttal is so far from the truth and only shows the extent of the dishonesty among those who work at this company. Even if i filed a claim, you would continue to lie, likee you are doing now, and it would be pointless. Bill would not even GIVE my father your company's insurance information after being asked three times. Please. You are not an honeest, reputable comapny, in any capacity.

 You are correct. I finally paid your company almost $1,000 (in full) for your company delivering me a DAMAGED vehicle because I had NO other choice, as threatened to me by Bill. My vehicle did NOT have the damage described in my truthful review prior to leaving it with your incompetent driver. Again, it is very simple.  To suggest I ‘never intended on paying’....please. You are scum. That laugahable stament (along with all your other lies in your rebuttal) only shows how unprofessional and unfit you are to be in this business, or any business.

You damaged my vehicle, lied about it, and treated me horrendously after damaging my vehicle. End of story. Two individuals can attest that there was no damage to the specified area when it was dropped off with your incompetent company.

 

1)      You damaged my 2006 truck, which is in good condition, in transit. Period. You damaged my vehicle. Plain and simple.

2)      You lied about it. Period.

3)      You threaten your customers after damaging their vehicle, and act in an inexcusably unprofessional manner, forcing them to write reviews like this.

4)      Your employees, Bill specifically, are dishonest, unprofessional, conscienceless, bad people to do business with. Period.

 

Feel free to continue to lie and manipulate the facts and the reality of the situation, but we both know my vehicle was damaged by your company in transit, that you lied about it, that you treat your customers like garbage after they agree pay to you very good money to deliver their vehicle, UNDAMAGED. Which you do NOT do. Plain and simple.

 

I would never recommend your company to anyone, even if it was free. Even if they were my worst enemy. You have incompetent, rude, and slimy employees, you damaged my vehicle, you lied about it, then you threatened me. Then you lie about the entire situation when you are called out online. There are no words to explain my continued to disgust with your dishonest and terrible company, and all the dishonest aand scummy individuals working for this joke of a company.

Kari. When we attempted to deliver the vehicle, you claimed that we managed to damage the battery (because we admitted that we had to jump start it), we made it so your headlights didn't work, and we managed to drag the side of your truck along something low enough to damage the underside of this panel shown in the pictures. Your truck was loaded onto a flat bed (you watched the gentleman load it and this truck has no side rails), and then taken to our facility in SLC where it was unloaded and then reloaded onto a truck hauler that is better at manuevering in city streets (once again, no side rails and designed to haul trucks).

You took off right after this unit was loaded. If you had stayed (and were concerned about the cosmetics of your aged truck... that has rust on it) Gary would've taken you through an inspection prior to you leaving. Again, if you had spoken to him instead taking off after he drove it on, he would've made you do the inspection with him.  I'm not going to even touch on the battery issues that we incurred. There's no way we could damage a battery or  the electrical wiring of your headlights by driving it across the US. Not sure what you are imagining we are capable of. You were trying anything to not have to pay the full or partial amount. You refused payment at the delivery of this unit which, legally, you cannot do. We were not singling you out. Payment of services and claims are handled separately legally. This is a law that protects businesses from consumers. We provided you with the way to handle this, and you refused. You must provide payment of services rendered. Of course we held the unit until you would pay in cash. You became volatile and we knew if we released this unit to you, we would never see a dime. (Based on your review, I would say that you have too much experience with the way transport services work, and you weren't planning on paying us anyway. That would make me mad as well to have to pay $800.00 that I really wasn't planning on paying.)

You threw a slough of degrading words at our claims manager and kept hanging up on him. You were unimaginably unprofessional with your choice of language and constant yelling. If you would've handled this the way he advised you, even though you didn't do a pre-inspection with the driver, we would've partially covered the cost of the body shop estimate that you either never took to get an estimate (weird for somebody being so serious about this damage), or never gave us. This was not transport damage. There is nothing on our flat beds that could damage even a wheel. Our guys drove this truck up ramps with nothing but open air on either side, parked the truck, and soft tied the wheels (fabric straps that go over the wheels). The same process took the truck off. 

Bill Fralic is our insurance agent. We have an in-house claims department (like every trucking company) and we would never file such a trivial claim with our insurance agent which is why Bill would see no reason to give you the name of our insurance company or agent. This is not some fender bender between two cars on the road. You have never spoken to Bill Fralic because he is not our claims manager. It is a happy coincidence that our claims manager has the same first name as our insurance agent. Check your facts and don't assume when you go after somebody's name. Your insults and name-shaming are unnecessary.

 

You didn't "give up" out of "sheer exhaustion." You finally paid because you had no other choice. We were going to charge you a holding fee for keeping your car on our property. You also had no legal platform.
