Auto Value Experts AVE, 2543 Jackson Keller, SATX abd Dungeon Comix,5509 Blanco, SATX, Robert Shipley Owner of Auto Value Experts (AVE) did not provide Diminished Value Report of which I paid $450.00 for San Antonio, Texas

On 7th of November 2012 I paid Mr. Robert Shipley $450.00 for a Diminished Value Report of which he has not produced to date. He does not answer his phone nor return messages. He emails that he is having problems with the insurance company and once said that he had been hospitalized. I had done business with Mr. Shipley back in 2007 and he did produce a report and we were awarded DM compensation from the insurance company so I had no reason not to trust him. Today I did a search and find out that he has gone rogue, taken a lot of people's money without producing anything. He has become a liar and is committing fraud. He may be addicted to drugs, purely specualtion on my part but when a good man goes bad it is usually the case.
