I purchased a 2013 mustang gt from this dealer back in july of 2014. sale went great seemed like honest people, it was a good front they put on, but i was promised a second key for my car and i was promised i would get my gap insurance back from my loan as by them paying it off i was even told by the loan company i would get a check back for it.

so sale went on, got the car, THEN the issues started. I was told that i would recive my second key in the mail the following week after purchase.. i got no key. also my old vehicle was not payed off yet and still in my name.

So i called the dealer several times and got told it will come to dealer we will call you when it does.

So now 2 weeks goes by still nothing, no second key, no payoff on my trade in, no title for new car,

So i call and inform sales guy a talked to a attorney and i need to know who higher up i need to speak with in the dealer. i was told TERRI DOBBINS the general manager. it seems a common thing on here that she does not care or will not return phone calls or anything.

So i leave 3 messages over a period of a week and a half and i get nothing. also come to find out i get my refund check from the loan company from my trade in for a tad over a BUCK thats right a  BUCK. come to find out they didnt pay off my trade in within the grace period of payoff request so the loan company ate my gap refund amount to cover the offset cost from them not paying it off in time..

so now im still out a second key, lost my gap refund, and took almost a month to get title to vehicle so i could get plates.

this dealer is a joke and a total mess, i could take them to court for screwing me but it would end up being a waste of my time to even handle all this. so  BEAWARE a few pointers

1 GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING

2 DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PAYYOFF DATE QUATE

3 MAKE SURE IT MATCHES THEIR PAPERWORK( MINE DIDNT)

4 GET THE CARFAX ALSO AND GET IT INSPECTED BEFORE YOU BUY.

5 MEET THE GENERAL MANAGER TERRI DOBBINS BEFORE YOU BUY.
