As i was purchasig auto insurance from the company, they promised that i would have piece of mind with my vehicle. Any problems electrically; including computer, sensors, transmission, engine, and services will be included in the repairs. Unfortunately i have my vehicle at the shop and they refuse to pay for any of the damages. The vehicle has A LOT of problems, and they said that there is nothing the policy covers for. When i had told them i wish to listen to my recording because whoever was trying to sell me the policy clearly told me that the issues will be taken cared of. They refused to allow me to listen to any of the recordings.

You DID get a copy, right? It's the only thing that applies. The salesman's word is worth the paper it's written on.
