Should you get involved with these individuals be ready for a full time effort to recover your vehicle.  Remmember your still responsible to the leaseing comapny and the bank.  Read your contract most have clauses forbidding you from transfering possession of and owned or securied vehicle and you will need to pay if the other person didn't.
