Automar Car Sales ELISEO NIEVES Will Lie to you to make the deal sound sweet Kissimmee, Florida

Put an 1800 dollar deposit on a 2002 Honda Accord. Eli stated my car would be under warrenty the whole whole i had a loan. Was told tag,title, and taxes would be included it would be another 1000 but Eli said he would include it in the the sale so I agreed. Well on March12th my tag expired so I called and was told I would have to pay another 400 to get my Tag and I told the lady on phone it was included and she said it wasn't so I asked to speak to Eli.

Eli tells me the 1000 is the dealer fee and taxes and said I would have to pay it for me to get my tag. So asked him for a breakdown because on the bill of sale it shows dealer fee 895 and taxes 558 and im still waiting. I wasnt by myself and the person i had with me said he said my tag was included. Was driving on an expired tag.

That wasn't the only issue the day I picked up the car it wasnt even ready it had no gas, wasnt washed and the mechanic didnt look over it. Asked about the 2 back tires because they were completly bald asked if they could be replaced he said yea with some 20 used tires but I left still with bald tires. After 3 hours later it was apparently ready I already knew what was wrong with it which the car was in the same spot after it was washed asked if it was seen by mechanic I was told yes its all set.

Never was seen cause the SRS light was still on Brake light still was out and the window wasnt rolling up all the way. Mechanic goes and gets about 6 bulbs and he couldn't get it to work so I was told to bring it back made an appointment for that Wednesday. I fixed the break light bulb myself mechanic didn't know what bulb it was.

Showed up for my appointment  and was told mechanic was too busy and couldn't see my car and he would call me when I could bring it it again waited a week didn't hear from him called he was with a client so emailed him and he said he would let me when mechanic was available waited another week. Still wasn't fixed.

Payment was due so of course they have no problem calling Well they wouldnt take my card over the phone told the girl I wasnt going to drive out there unless my car was going to be fixed at the same time because they are an hour away but eli wasnt around for me to set up something up. Well had the car for a month still wasn't fixed and they repoed it because i didnt make my payment but Eli wasn't responding.

I wasnt ignoring them never called to see why I haven't paid just took my car and now Eli wont even talk to me so we can correct the issue hangs up on me and directs me to voice mail and never returns my call so I have no car out of 1800 dollars and my stuff that was left in the car. I have several emails to Eli with no responses. Very unprofessional!!!
