Automax Formerly Freeway Auto Credit I purchased my suv on 5/27/2008 at the charlotte ave office in nashville, tn 37209. i started having problems 2wks after purchase, i was sold a lemon. Leesburg Georgia

2 wks after purchase the catalytic converter went bad, it took me from june to october to get that fixed after being put off so much i told them i would not pay another car note until my car was fixed, i was charged a 100.00 deductible. i didn't get my tags until september,
i had to pay for emissions, the transmission is gone bad, the water pump is going bad, but they call weekly for a pymt. everytime i call about something that should be under warranty, i'm told the warranty doesn't cover this. then 2 wks ago i was told instead of paying the card off in may of 2010 as noted, it will be october 2010.
i refuse to continue paying for and repairing a lemon for things that should be covered. automax, what ever you are calling yourself, fix my car correctly for free or refund all of my money.
