Automax , maximum finance repo, thank god, but then they ask for balance before auctioning vehicle. fort worth Texas

 Automax , maximum finance repossessed my vehicle, which I'm glad because it was the biggest pos I had ever bought. I only owed 4000, on it a 08 Saturn. The next day after repo, they call wanting balance . I informed them of state law they have to wait ten days., then auction the car any money from sale comes off balance.,I informed them they may owe me money if they get more than, balance due. Unlikely as I also know they will not auction vehicle they will just put it on the lot . In which case I owe nothing as in this state they cannot profit off a repo. I suggests stay away from them, they have closed lots and are.probably going out of business. PS I'll check to see if they put my vehicle out on lot.
