Automaxx Fort Worth Maxim Finance, Geiger ? They lied, scammed, and stole from me Fort Worth, Texas

Automaxx repaired my 2006 Suzuki Forenza motor with a used motor. They wanted $ 500.00 down to get started working on it. I gave this to them. I wanted the air conditioner repaired also but when I picked it up in Dec. 2011 the air conditioner was not repaired. I called in several times and was given the run around. Finally, *** or **** at Automaxx told me they do not repair air conditioners. I paid them $645.00 on Dec. 16, 2011 when I picked the car up after the engine repair. They also (supposedly) cleaned a brushing or something on the transmission.

I never received an itemized statement from them on the repairs even when I called and asked for it through *** and **** (managers), **** (the mechanic). I called several times on different days. Never got an itemized statement. They have been charging me for the tow bill which was $175.00. They add $25.00 to each car payment, which I pay $120.00 every two weeks. They also have been charging me for the rest of repair balance each time I pay. I have not paid it each time though.

I was under the impression I only owed about $117.00 and maybe $25.00 on the tow bill. But I do not know exactly what I am paying for nor how much more I owe. As I said, I gave them $500.00 plus $645.00, plus several more payments on the motor and tow bill. They still have not given me an itemized statement for what I am paying for nor how much more I owe on the motor. It should be already paid off.

I wouldn't know. I have not given them the past three car payments, which add up to $360.00 total because they are now telling me I need to pay them $634.00. That includes $372.00 (car payments), $25.00 (tow fee), $237.00 (motor). They are telling me I still owe them $1,172.40 for the motor repair. They have not taken off the air conditioner repair that keeps showing up on my statements as if they repaired the AC.

I have spoken to just about everyone there I could about all this and they are still trying to make it look as if they repaired the AC. AND I do not owe them $1,172.00 more for the salvage motor. I was under the impression the total of the salvaged motor was around that price. I have already given them that much PLUS!

So in other words they planned all this from the beginning. That is why they refused to give me an itemized statement. Also, at one point, I believe it was ****, maybe ***, but one of them told me they "DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE ME AN ITEMIZED STATEMENT". They put different people up to calling and I told the last woman that I spoke to last week I do not owe that much on the motor. She insisted I did. I told her I was not going to make a payment and I am going to sue them. She responded, "Well, if you have the receipts!" I have my receipts.

I also found out that Automaxx does not have a payment /credit history report on anyone buying from them. In other words, no one knows I have been paying on a car I purchased from them since Feb. 6, 2009.Desired Settlement: I want an itemized statement, (after the fact) I want a zero balance on the repairs. I have already paid them for that. There was NO AC REPAIR. Take it off! I don't trust them anymore.

Also is the fact I have been paying them on a Dallas auction car that they probably bought for $1000.00-$2000.00. I am paying over $16,000. You get ripped off even more when you go through a divorce that was filled with lies and scams and left me to start over. This is why then you are left VICTIMS to A.H'S like these people!
