Do not go to these people unless you are looking for PROBLEMS!

i bought a 2010 lexus and after 2 weeks of purchase i went through a car wash and noticed water coming into the car. Thinking maybe i left a crack open in the window i decided to let it go. a few days later we had heavy rainfall and when i was getting into my car, i noticed the entire passenger side floor and door was covered in water. i went back to autorama and surely enough they made a million excuses. the owner nasser told me that this is 1/100 incidences and that he will not cover the cost since its not a safety issue. i asked them if the car was in any accident or anything had been replaced they say no and that the car was off lease. i took the lexus to a lexus dealership, the first thing the technician said was that the windhsield was not from lexus and that it had been replaced, by the name of the company that was on the glass.

1) Autorama failed to tell me that the glass had been repaired

2) They did not cover the cost of the repair

3) The installation of the windshield was done so poorly that was was leaking through

do not go to these people because 1) the owners sister who sits at the front desk is probably the rudest and most unprofessional person you will ever meet and 2) they try to be nice to you to sell you the car, once you sign, good luck if anything goes wrong with the car because they will most certainly not help you.the owner is Nasser, who was just full of it, the salesperson was Sam who was nice at first but then became angry at ME because i told him im going to file a formal complaint with OMVIC. Im not sure about other dealerships, but this is my first and last time here, read online reviews about AUTORAMA and you will see what i mean.

fyi,

i went there with an appointment, and spoke to them extremely kindly. First I asked Sam the salesperson who I was dealing with. When he came back and said that his boss said no, that's when I went inside the shop and asked the owner myself. I was polite, curteous and very patient. It's after I was told no and told a million stories that I decided to take matters into my own hands. He did mention that if it is a windshield issue, he could fix it but it would me at my cost at $500. I know what you are trying to do, make me look like the bad guy, nice try, ain't gonna work. I was extremely polite to ask them.

The car had the windshield replaced. So what? Doesn't mean it was in an accident, does it/?  Why is it the dealers resposibility to fix this/ did he give you any type of warranty on the windshield? No, he didn't. So now the dealer is a bad guy because you are a cheapskate. I would be willing tio bet my bottom dollar that you were nice and plesant when you told him of the problem, weren't you. EVERY dealer has a glass guy he deals with that could have fixed the problem for cheap. If you had gone in, and asked for his help, instead of DEMANDING he fix this, no doubt he would have called his glass guy and had it fixed right for about $50. I am a dealer, and i have had customers like you. the nice people who ask for my help, get helped, the rude demanders get shown the asis sticker they signed.

Which one were you?

Don't tell me, I already know.
