Autosports LLC consignment rip off Casselberry, Florida

I left a vehicle for consignment sale with Autosports of Casselberry, Florida, and had a signed consignment agreement with an agreed asking price for the car.  The dealer was not to sell the vehicle for less than the agreed price without first obtaining authorization from me to do so.  They then wholesaled the car without my knowledge for $2,900 less than the asking price, and failed to notify me that the car was sold.  When I discovered what had happened, I contacted the general manager and attempted to resolve the matter.  Phone calls to the owner went unanswered.  I subsequently filed suit in Seminole County court, and was awarded a judgment.
Additionally, the replacement vehicle that I purchased from Autosport at the same time that I left the first vehicle for sale, had undisclosed frame damage.  I was shown a clean Carfax report, but I discovered some time later that it was for a different car.
