AvanQuest Software Perfect Image Pro 12 / would not complete the cloning operation; destroyed the hard drive to be cloned. Riverside California

 The Perfect Image Pro 12 was purchased to clone desk top hard drives for backup.  The first use was a test case on an old bench test desktop.  The software would not complete the cloning operation and destroyed the hard drive.

The on-line return form was tried, but would not work.  The refund request form was then downloaded, printed and completed.

The 1-818-577-2440 fax number on the form would not work either.  An alternate fax number, 951-656-1204 was found on the web site.  The refund fax was sent to that number.  As a back up action, the refund form was scanned and attached to a message sent to the e-mail address listed on the refund form - L2AQS@avanquestusa.com.

No response was ever received.  Repeated attempts to contact anyone in the company abjectly failed.  The telephone tree always circled back to the start option without connecting anywhere.

Subsequent contact attempts were also fruitless.

So far as my experience, Avanquest is a scam outfit.
