Abysmal. Parking is awful along Commons Drive to the point where I have to circle the complex about three times only to walk ten minutes up an icy hill to my apartment. This situation is made even worse by their reserved parking spots; they have the option of reserved spots they require you to pay a per month fee for, but the paint on asphalt is so poor that you can hardly make out the lettering. If you accidentally park in one of these invisible reserved spots, they'll tow you to Dominion towing for a minimum $125. There is one spot in front of my apartment that's reserved and yet constantly empty when people are trying to get home.

Maintenance is even worse, surprisingly. The first day we moved in there was a giant leak in the ceiling from the neighbor upstairs taking a shower. The guy doing emergency maintenance came in, sawed a giant hole in the ceiling, and then forgot about it for two weeks. I called on three separate occasions only to be told "tomorrow" each time. There was extensive water damage and mold growth due to their inadequacy.

The guy who did the move-in inspection told us the wheel on our patio door was broken and they'd have to replace the part. Maintenance guy came in with a can of WD-40 and told us it was fixed. What a load of bollocks.

The view outside my window is a small creek completely littered with trash - there are plastic bags, soda cans, and 7-11 cups everywhere, I'd count but I stopped at 50 pieces just from my window.

I had a lockout incident once when I was stuck outside my apartment barefoot in my bathrobe with single digits outside, and yet they wouldn't send someone to unlock the apartment. When I called the main office, I was on the phone with them for two hours. They put me on hold about 8 times, forwarded me to the voicemail of someone who wasn't in the office, AND hung up on me.

Don't bother with this place, it's a piece of junk. Their staff is puerile, their facilities are filthy, and their maintenance moves at crawling speed even on their best days.
