AVANTE USA AVANTE USA that’s all I know. They falsely put a debt I don’t owe on my credit report HOUSTON Texas

Ok I checked my credit reports yesterday and saw that AVANTE USA has put a negative debt on my report.. first this is a major Violation of the FDCPA the fair debt credit protection act.. They never send me a written correspondence letter. Second when they did call me they never identified themselves as a collection agency.

They refused to tell me what the matter was about ... when I happened to check my credit report they dropped my score from 770 to 741 29 points. I don’t know what they think but I don’t owe this debt don’t ever know what the debt is for. They refuse to tell me when I talked to them on the Phone... I had to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency and there Attorney General’s office.

What they did was buy some aged debt and trying to collect off of it I have no outstanding debts no collections I have a perfect credit record they are a scam agency and they tried to scam me and bullying me into paying a illegal debt that I don’t owe.
