AVG Internet security took money from my credit card w / out permission Emeryville California

notice the balance on my credit card was over $340.00 plus short when i went 2 investigate i found AVG INTERNET SECURITY had been taking from my cc w / out my permission 49.99 plus for service that was suppose 2 be free. for over 3 yrs avg had been taking money from my account without my permission for internet service that was suppose 2 be free. when i called the company they refused 2 refund the large amount of money that they have been stealing from my cc, out of thousands they say they will only pay back 49.99 and they haven't done so. i had 2 cancle my cc witch is the pay as you go type of cc for the disabled. i contacted social security and i now have 2 go threw all this crap because the cc avg was taking money from was direct express when i contacted direct express 2 do a stop payment they refused 2 do so. i now have 2 go 2 the ss office 2 replace getting their cc 2 put on a different type of card or get check threw the mail. so in short I'm getting screwed not only by AVG but also by ss because ss can't do or just won't do anything. so i have hired a lawyer and taking AVG 2 court for the money they unlawfully took w / out permission.
