Rental Contract 292590664 with Avis, Germany Frankfurt International Airport
When we returned the car, the Avis rep told us we had damaged the car with a scratch on the bumper and a very small indentation where someone opend a car door into ours. Damaged was assed at 850 EUR plus tax. We do not believe that we caused any of the damage. Neither area equires repair and I doubt that these tiny spots will be repaired I question this sort of business practice and feel that the fraudalent charges should be removed from our credit card.
Our requested summary of reapairs and cost from the German office have not been recived, yet they quickly put the charges on my credit card. We have disputed this claim and seek resolution.
