I ordered the product "Avlimil" in good faith after seeing adverisements on TV. A friend had tried it and suggested it was worth trying the 30 day trial offer. She recently informed me that it was not working for her after three months and when she tried to call and go online to cancel she was misdirected online and could never get through to the company by phone. She was finally able to cancel after spending over $140.00 on product that she not only did not want, but could not return unused.

I have been using the product for 15 days with no results, in fact, I have had more hot flashes and night sweats then before I took it. It has not done anything noticeable to my libido either. I decided to cancel during my free trial before they charged my account and did the same thing to me.

I first tried the website which instructed me to go to www.askberkely.com to cancel. I went through the site methodically, trying every link but was not successful. I did however find links to this site and others denouncing both "Avlimil" and Warner Managed Care Products. Then I called the phone numbers listed, not once but many times only to be put on hold for long periods of time, without getting a human on the phone.

Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting, I was able to talk to a Cust. Service Rep, "Rich" who took my cancellation and gave me a confirmation number ...BUT..informed me that they had ALREADY shipped AND CHARGED MY ACCOUNT a $70.00 order to my home the day before. I replied to him that I not only did not want the order, but WHY would they send me another order when I still have almost a half month supply of pills left!!!!! His answer was they have to send them early enough so that I would get them while I still had a weeks supply left, because continuancy of taking the pills was important for the desired effect. He told me I could not get a refund of this money, NOR could I return the Pills. I am going to send a copy of this Rip-Off Report to Eyewitness News and also the Better Business Bureau.

Their website is set up in a way to mislead you and they make cancelling your subscription difficult and lengthy enough so they can milk your credit card with another order and get away with it.
