Award Notification Commission I recieved a letter stating Im a winner and will recieve a lump-sum jackpot Award of $1,320,000.00. "Send 11.89 payable to office of ANC" Kansas City Kansas

Its just sad for these jerks to go around and lie, steal, hurt innocent people in the most conniving way.  This is an organized crime. If they can get people around the world to send them $11.89 and lie about winning cash award they'll be recieving, its fraud. If ANC (Award Notification Commision) can get 100,000 innocent victims to send it in, they just made $1,189,000 million dollars.

"This is a Crime"! I really thought this couldn't be true but I took the chance to really change the lives of my family but lied to in the most embarissing way. I'm extremely hurt and refuse to tell my fiancee.  These people must stop now and be arrested for organizing a schame operation which hurt innocent people emotionally and financially.
