Recieved notification from Awards Notification Commision that I had won $1,140,000.00 and was to elect which payment form I would choose.  Acquisition fee of $12.99 to determine winning number sent.   When checking the legitimacy of these, found out it was a scam so if you receive this notification in the mail, know that it is a scam.  Read the reviews, as I did.   Why would I need to send in $12.99 if I had won that much money?   It should be against the law for these forms to be sent out and I would really like to know who sold my name and address to this company???
