Awareness store Charged me on PayPal and never sent items Nationwide

My wife is an ovarian cancer survivor. In Novermber she came across the awarness shop and thier advertisement for a bracelet for ovarian csncer support. I ordered the item thru PayPal and waited. After over a week and no contact I tried calling thier phone number, it rang three times and went dead. I emailed them, and got we are back ordered but will ship in 7 days. Another week went by, and emailed them. Same story will ship in 7 days. They gave me a $5 credit to thier store, nice huh. Recieved a DHL shippment notice. The next day I got it will be delayed. So I waited, after 3 days I contacted DHL, thru thier site. They never got the package. Emaoled the awarness shop again and got no reply and low and behold all my emails from them disappeared, from my saved and star foleders. I have since contacted PayPal and they are looking into it.
