This story has already been self explained by the 40 individuals that have already filed there report with this site rip-offreport.com.

I have read all (40) complaints and agree with the fact that I am a victim of these circumstances. I became disabled in September of 2002. In April 2003, I found out I may be permanently disabled and unable to return to work.

In June 2003, I attended the National Grants Conferences in Downtown Los Angeles in hopes of regaining financial support & become self-employed. I was introduced to UNIMWEB & PBNEXT. I did not find out about AXIN Financial or Innovative Merchant Solutions until after I gave UNIMWEB my credit card information and from there, the illegal charges were made on my credit card by their other affiliates.

When I questioned the additional amounts being charged, they indicated it was in their contract. However, these companies were never announced during the seminar. As I indicated before, I have been rip-off by all these affiliates and continuously have deductions each month that I really can't afford, especially since there is no money generating from these websites. Their slogan is "you have to spend money to get money" overall, we are "spending money and getting no money in return."

It was the "Sake of God" that I found out about the so many people complaining about the same problem I am experiencing with these companies. I obtained a worm in my computer that destroyed all of my programs. I had to recover my programs with my recovery disk. However, the PBNEXT program was not on it and I was having a problem with the PBNEXT CD.

I went on the Internet to search for a download website for PBNEXT. The results indicated your RIP-off website and when I clicked on it, all these companies came up and I was just shocked. Shocked, because I did not know there were other people who believed they were scammed also. At first, I thought because of my disability, resulted in my failure and now I know these companies have failed us. I have submitted a complaint with www.BigClassAction.com and I am waiting for a response. I was told that we all have to file a report with them.

My case number is 272755. We must all stick together on this so please file your report and indicate the case number with all your information. The only way to get justice is to fight back. I have spent over 5,000 of money I really did not have in terms of getting some back and I have not made one dime since this nightmare almost 1 year ago. I want all of my money back. So if you are in sincere with this, HOLA BACK!!

Disclosure of Information from Innovative Merchant Solutions

AUTHOR: LeAnne - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 12, 2004

Although this individual did not offer enough information so that the specific account could be located, I wanted to address the allegations made against IMS.

First, the customer stated, "illegal charges were made on my credit card". Innovative Merchant Solutions never charges monthly service fees to a credit card. Next, the customer has stated, "When I questioned the additional amounts being charged, they indicated it was in their contract". In order to obtain services from IMS, a customer must sign a contract called a Merchant Application. On this document the monthly fees and associated processing fees are fully disclosed. Our company name, logo and contact information are printed prominently on the document as well for identification purposes.

We are sorry to learn that this consumer is not happy with the experience they have had with the different organizations, however IMS prides itself in quality customer service. I would venture to guess that the problems he or she is experiencing stem from an organization other than IMS. I would be happy to deal with the customer directly to answer any questions and assist in any way possible.
