Profit Kings Media, Chris Marcos and owner Yousif Yalfda use extortion techniques in an attempt to push Networks into paying them after they violate the terms of the offer cards and commit fraud.  Axis Empire, LLC does not owe Profit Kings $21,000.00 as stated below by Yousif nor do we owe, any other partners $75,000.00. Profit Kings earlier today stated Axis owed them $7,000.00, now it is $21,000??  Their accounting has been clearly incorrect and we are attempting to work with them to resolve this despite the deceptive practices they engaged in. Profiit Kings rebrokered an offer to a network that was clearly banned on our offer card.  Axis Empire lost an advertiser relationship because of Profit Kings sending 100 percent fraud to another Auto Insurance Campaign.  Axis Empire, LLC always pays for legitmate traffic, but will not be blackmailed/extorted into paying for deceptive business. When owner Yousif Yalda doesn't get his way he resorts to threats, intimidation and attacking innocent family members in an attempt to embarrass them.  He created a website designed to embarrass us and it was full of lies.  He contacted my ex wife and the father of my partner which is clearly unprofessional and likely illegal.  My partner's father is a war veteran that served this country and suffers from Agent Orange Exposure.  He struggles to get through the day and doesn't have anything to do with this issue.  Yalda used offensive language towards myself and partner including calling her a "s**t." He made reference in a Linkedin post attacking my mother who passed away 5 years ago after a long battle with cancer.  I would like to warn all women out there not to work with such a company and disgusting man.  He obviously has zero respect for family or women. We have detailed copies of conversations/exchanges with Yousif and Marcos, along with the threats made should anyone like to view them.  When our company has an issue we use the appropriate means, collection agencies and civil court.   We do not attempt to make things personal and involve inocent parties. Axis Empire, LLC will be using every legal means necessary at our disposal to make sure Yousif Yalda doesn't do this to others.  I am shocked that Profit Kings Media is still in business if this is how they operate.
