I feel that this company is just trying to haggle money out of people that are hard working citizens.
I have never used such sites as these, and yes I accidentally responded to pop-ups that came onto my computer in a attempt to get them off my screen.
I will refuse to pay this bill because i did not access this site and while trying to contact the company I was refuted on the internet and by phone.
