Chris Fenner, Shelley Messersmith  are scammer's. Chris came to my company looking for side work Said he Owned BA customz LLc And just moved to Oregon. So I gave him A chance as one of Our sub contractors since he was new. Man did they talk a big game. We gave them A 1099 like we have to do with all companies we work with for tax papers and they said we will fill this out and get it back to you. Told them No problem dont need it till the end of the month. We start Chris out on a roll cage for a nissan he seams to know what he is doing.about 3 weeks in to the job  Chris tells me that they found a place over in vancouver and he would like to know if he can get a loan since i have a bunch of jobs for him to do and it would make his life easier so he dosnt have to drive an hr each way.  I was ok no problem I dont mind helping people out so i give him the 3000.00 dollar loan. about a week or so after i give him the loan he comes to me after we already talked at what he was going to get paid on the jobs he tells me that he wants more money. I told him we could talk about it after these other jobs where done we already set up. He started not showing up when he did sow up he damage about $5000 doaller in customers parts that we had to replace. when i started talking to him about the damages he disappeared for 2 weeks and then tried to get one of our employees to open the shop for him when i was not there to get all his tool's.  So i called him up and told him you have been paid in full for the work that was done to that point and once you pay me for the loan you asked for  you can come and get your stuff.  His girl friend or wife Shelley said i can pay you thru paypal. I said that would be fine.  they paid and came and got chris's tools once they where gone she got on paypal and pulled the money back and took off. I just wrote it off at the time and said i just wont give loans. Me and my empolyees are always willing to help people out invite people out  so on and on well come to find out shelley told one of my employees wifes that she could do a web site for her no-profit. it would cost her 3000.00  she took the money and never built the web site. also we were told by one of Our customers that Chris told them he would build them some parts and they never got the parts.  At the end of the year i tuned everything i paid them over to the tax people and they sent out 1099 to the state and the goverment once the state got a hold of them about not paying taxes shelly and chriss started leving bad reviews on my company. these people are scammers they will take your money and run and when you do everything by the law they will try to make you look like the bad person.
