I made a payment to. Office. Of B- legal lawyers group in Coronado, Panama for resident agent fees for the years 2016 and 2017 for the sum of 630 dollars. In 2018, I paid the same fee for that year as well, however I made the mistake of once again paying for the years of 2016 and 2017 as the lawyer, Eduardo Garrido said that those years were still due. I had actually forgotten that these fees had been paid. However, in good faith I gave him my debit card and I was charged for 2018, plus the two previous years that I had already paid. I later returned to our Coronado condo and looked in the files and found the receipts for the years 2016 and 2017. I Eduardo Garrido and told him, that I had the receipts from the two previous years, he said to e mail them to him, which I did. A few days later, he acknowledged that I was correct about having previously paid these fees and that he would take care of the overpayment on my part. It's is now over four weeks later and this attorney will not answer my email or return my phone calls. Apparently he has no intention to return my overpayment, therefore I need to advise others that I have no confidence in an attorney who conducts him self in this manner.
