Went to the Blackstone Outlet website to purchase one of their Labor Day grills on Sale.  I've purchased from Outlet stores before and normally it's just "last year's model".   The price was decent as it had an additional discount for Labor Day.   I sent a message to the company as soon as I received a notice from paypal confirming payment as the receiver's info was in Chinese.     A few days later I got the notice from USPS that a label was made.   Good, may be real.   Week later, pkg was delivered.  Got home and didn't see a pkg for a grill.   I received a 4 x 5 envelope that had another envelope in it that was address to someone else.   Inside that was a lifesaver shaped button.  I double checked the tracking number that was suppose to be my grill and it was on this envelope.

I thought they mistakenly put the label on another pkg and it was just an error.   Tried to contact them with zero response so I put a claim into Paypal.   Sent pictures of envelope, tracking, inside envelope and the button.   Paypal denied the claim as the company came back that they did deliver a pkg.   Reached out to Paypal to appeal as I did document everything with photos.   In the meantime, I tried to locate the Blackstone Outlet website and seems many people received the same thing when they purchased the labor day grill special.   So many fraud reports.   I sent copies to Paypal and seen they even had this company listed as a warning on their site.

Received a notice today from Paypal that they received a response from the seller.  l that I would need to send the "button" back, with envelopes to the shipper.   The address they provided was in Chinese!  It needed to read "return cargo" to avoid international charges.   This  isn't even the address that it came from.   This company has learned how to work around the refund policys by being able to say the pkg was delivered.   Then requiring the pkg be returned to someplace other than where it came from.

When filing your report with Paypal make sure you put item is significantly different than ordered.    Not sure how much further I will need to play this game.   What was aggravating is that Paypal already was aware of multiple claims against this company for the same thing.  I'm surprised they allowed the pmt to go through if they were know scammers.   I purchased most of my items online and thought I was on a "big name" store's website.   Warning would be that if the company only accepts payment by Paypal (showed credit card pmts were unavailable at that time) - watch who received the pmt when you get the paypal confirmation - if Chinese - cancel immediately!!
