B2B-Wholesale Will not respond to emails, chat or text messages because I want a refund on malfunctioning products. Internet

I have ordered several times from this company..headphones, flat irons and hair dryers. On my last order I had 3 customers complain about the product and ask for a refund or replacement. I contacted the company and they will NOT respond. I've tried text messages, instant messages from their site, and email. The phone number is 1-512-333-6499
