I got ripoff by Donna & Jerry Butler of Bacchus Cane Corso and Big Dog Pet Products. So did 2 of my friends Barry and Ruben. The Butler's have $4000.00 between us for a breeding they said would take place in the Spring 2009 that was in my Contract. Now they said the breeding will take place in the Fall 2009 it sounds like a BIG SCAM to us. We have a binding Contract that we had an agreement on it states If said such puppy is not breed, or said buyer is not allowed to purchase said puppy, ALL the deposit is REFUNDABLE in FULL.

None of us specified any other breeding only the one that was to take place in the Spring 2009 not in the Fall 2009 because of that Donna & Jerry breach the Contract now its void and all 3 of us want our Money back. We filed a complaint with Consumer Fraud Unit in Orlando, Florida. Investigator Krauss will handle the case.These 2 so called breeders will take your money and you won't get sh*t.

So Buyer Beware don't send any money to them you will never see it again. Oh I forgot we plan to take them to court and they think just because we live in Calif that we would sit back and do nothing thats how STUPID these people are.
