Philip Nenadov CEO is still scamming employees and trucking companies. He is now trying to teach at Black Hawk College. (broker classes) This guy is the biggest liar and scammer that I have ever known. He tells lie after lie.He has a silent partner in the buisness from Buda,Il . I don't know if the silent partner is aware of whats going on with Philip Nenadov .I am going to contact him to ask a few questions if he will talk to me.

Philip Nenadov is suppose to be a religious person.I think its fake its how he suckers people in so he can cheat them.He does not pay trucking companies what they should be paid he is making more money than he is suppose to by paying the trucker less money. He is still firing employees for no good reason. Please contact me with any questions.

Im not sure but my opinion is that he is sleeping with one of the girls in his office she can do what ever she wishes and he does nothing to her about it.When I was employed they seemed to be really really close EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE BOTH MARRIED AND HAVE CHILDREN.I WILL KEEP EVERONE UPDATED ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

I am Scott Woods. I am the Operations Manager for BackHauLine Inc. Mark "Beatle" Bailey is an ex employee of the company who is disgruntled. He services were terminated because of his inability to move freight. He is trying any method available to including "Libel" the company. Furthermore, I have read all of his post on this site. Most recently the post regarding Freight Broker Training and BlackHawk College. This is a program institued by myself , designed by myself and orchestrated by myself and Philip. He has not one inkling of knowledge regarding this issue and your editors should check your sources before allowing this type of garbage to be posted. Your site can also be held liable in a court of law. I would ask that this users information be banned until substatiated.

BackHauLine Inc's Statement of Facts

AUTHOR: Philip Nenadov - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 04, 2008

At the urging of many people, people who can attest to my character, I am responding to Mark Bailey's posts about my company, employees, and purported lifestyle. I had taken the stand of conducting myself as a quiet leader striving to do the right thing. I have come to realize that the right thing to do is to express my views of his accusations for the sake of my family, employees, customers, & vendors.
Mark Bailey first learned about our company from a former employee who called him to see if he had a truck available from the trucking company he worked for. Soon after the initial conversation, Mark Bailey started e-mailing me about the possibility of coming to work for my company. As with any business, and especially and new business, turnover is high as it takes a lot of time to find the right qualified person to do the job. It is not uncommon for turnover to be high in a company that is a specialty business. Most people do not even know what freight brokers do.
Mark Bailey came in for an interview and listed off his qualifications as well as the fact that he was not happy with his current employer. He stated he was a dispatcher making $60K, 4-5 weeks of vacation, good benefits, and excellent hours.
After careful consideration, it was determined that I could not afford to hire him on the merits of his current position. One of my concerns expressed is that we are not an asset based company, meaning that we do not own or lease trucks to our company. Mark Bailey was not only fully aware of this, but acknowledged that this was not a problem. I sent him an e-mail that informed him that I could not hire him. After several response e-mails of asking me to reconsider, I told him I wanted to make sure that he was sure that this was right for him and that I could only pay him $500 per week. I also told him that I did not offer insurance benefits at this time. (I still do not offer them at this time to my employees due to high costs) He said he had COBRA and it would not be a problem. Not convinced that he understood everything about our company, I told him that he would be welcome to spend a few days to learn what we did. He accepted and said he would take vacation time to do so.
When Mark Bailey walked in the door on the first day of his visit, he astounded me by declaring that he quit his job (without notice). Feeling like I was just obligated to hiring him (he told me about his baby coming due and other things) I brought him on. I guess if I am guilty of something, it would be that I hired him out of heaviness that he needed a job. So I put him to work and set him with one of the girls to work learning the job. A day or so later, a customer called to complain that Mark Bailey lied about a truck that was supposed to pick up a load. The customer said Mark Bailey told him that the truck broke down when in fact there was never a truck on the load. Upon receiving this complaint, I approached Mark Bailey who admitted he lied to the customer but said that was normal in this business. I told Mark that lying was unacceptable and because he had a callous attitude regarding such a terrible act, I was letting him go. Mark Bailey begged me to keep him on and promised he would never lie again. I consented on the fact that maybe someone could change (call it compassion, I guess) and he stayed on. A few days later, Mark left the office without notifying anyone why he was leaving or that he was leaving. He e-mailed me the next day that he had gone home sick. As an employer, I felt that Mark Bailey's actions were unacceptable and notified him via e-mail that he was no longer employed with BackHauLine Inc.
Mark Bailey was a dispatcher for a trucking company and now is a truck driver for the same company. I have a lot of respect for the company that he drives for. So much respect, that it would be an embarrassment to associate their name with someone who would (without merit) accuse me of being unfaithful to my God and to my wife. I cannot express how disappointed I feel and how hurt my wife is that someone would make ludicrous statements that bear no truth to them.
As a BBB member, a TIA member, look at our company record. No complaints, no unresolved disputes. If Mark Bailey were to complain through those methods, he would be in trouble. Why? You have to prove your case, because those organizations use a litigation process to resolve a dispute.
Our business is based on market supply and demand. It is a commission driven business with our profit derived from how much the shipper gives the load to us to how much the truck will charge us to haul it. We don't own or lease on any trucks. So the issue of scamming someone is false. All of our carriers are contracted independent trucking companies. We agree to a rate vie a rate sheet and if they say yes, we pay the rate. The only time that they are not paid a rate is if they violate the agreement and the penalties are listed right on the agreement.
I have employees and agents that work for me and work hard to make a living. I have to come to find that urge me to speak on here because the truth needs to be known. I am thankful for the support of my company employees and customers.
Mark Bailey, I call on you to withdraw this posting. I am a peacemaker and you know that I never asked you to quit you job and told you that I could not hire you. I have been in contact with legal counsel and law enforcement directives regarding the harassment that you are committing to my company employees and agents. Law enforcement at bother local and state levels have informed me what to do and what they will do. I will not release any other information as you may have stepped in law enforcement territory by some of the actions you have committed. I ask that you contact me if you are willing to settle this. The reason I am doing this is because you now have a responsibility to resolved this and everyone who reads this will see what you do. This is your notice. Your crude language and behavior is unacceptable. I thought that if I took a peaceable stand on this, it would go away. I guess I was wrong.
