Went to purchase a new washer. Leann Freed said she could have it delivered the next day. When it arrived the delivery man said it was a floor sample. I called and asked for a credit since it was the floor sample. Leann said it was against corporate policy. I explained that at no time was I told they were sending me a sample.If we knew they were sending out a sample we would have waited.
