BAERU PRIVATE LIMITED Cheated and money not returning Bangalore East Karnataka

It's an agro-based company, as per the discussion with the director Shibu Rajan, we planned to start kadaknath chicken farm, as per the agreement I need to hold chicken for 7 days and same chicken he will take with a margin of 10 to 15 rupees, on the basis of agreement I paid a total of 180000 for chicken, shed advance and the accessories after I pad the amount, they didn't give the receipt, or didn't give the updated agreement, After continuous follow up with them they gave 50000 rupees, each time when I am asking the amount, they used to say as they will give the amount today, tomorrow and so on, Nowadays they are not responding to my calls and started telling to go and file a case, after that they are not picking my phone calls, they gave a 100's of fake promises on giving the remaining amount 130000, Even one of the director Janakiraman gave me a cheque of 130000 and that cheque is rejected because of signature mismatch.

as per the last conversation which I had with Shibu he will give the company cheque and updated agreement, after that call he is not responding anymore.
