Bahamas Celebration cruise Rip Off and scam Florida

We had this cruise planned for our anniversary. 3 nights in ft lauderdale 3 nights in Bahamas 3 nights in orlando. Well we get to ft lauderdale to find out something happened to the ship and there is no cruise. At this time they didn't know what we were going to do. Ok so now what we has to go to a timeshAre presentation the next day and they also knew nothing.  The next day they told us we will go on another ship leaving the next morning out of Miami . This trip was not free we paid for this plus upgrades. Our while vacation was so messed up and what did we get back 90.00. Not acceptable in my books we paid for the hotel in the Bahamas and can't get our money back that is very wrong something must be done about this
