Bahr El Jebel Safaris S.A. de C.V. was paid $5200 to do a tour in South Sudan. When I arrived in South Sudan none of the money had been paid to the providers, so I to pay for and arrange another tour.
None of the money has been recovered.

My travel agent was paid $5200. He took out his fee and sent the rest to Thomas Banks, who sent no money at all to South Sudan. Actually, Thomas owed the hotel in South Sudan thousands of dollars for back rent for office space.
Thomas is located in Mexico, not the United States, and can not be touched by authorities from Canada or the US. Thomas may not be his real name.
Do not send, or let your travel agent send any money to Thomas Banks or Bahr-El-Jebel Safaris. The money will stay in Mexico and you will be at your destination without any services paid for.
