I recently sent in my Texas A&M class ring for resizing. When I sent it in, it weighed 1.2 grams. When I received it back, it weighed 1.1 grams.  I am shocked that such a major company would try such an obvious and dispicable theft.

I do not recommend sending in your ring to balfour for resizing. The service is "free" of charge if you don't count the gold that goes missing.

If you had the ring resized to a smaller size, it only makes sense that it would weigh less.

If you asked them to make it larger, it should weigh more.
