In agreed to the installment contract based upon a contract clause "C" that indicates you will be relased fronm the contract if you are 25 miles from a Bally's and you submit proof of your new address. All info was provided a $50.00 cancellation fee accepted and a water bill from the local water Co. Ballys " "Jena" says there is no street address so they will not cancel the contrac. I'm in Mexico, Todos Santos Baja Caifornia, a 1000 milse below the border. There are no street addresses. The contract states "utility bill" in your name as proof of relocation, it says nothing about street address. They are violating the terms of the contract.
I was told by "Jena" there was no supervisor avialble and they must have a street address, and they would turn over my debt to a debt collector.
