Bally Total Fitness WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT. Internet

in 09/24/2008 Igot me a memebership to bally total fitness and at first i was excited but a few days later i realized i wouldnt have to much time to utilize the membership so i went back to the actual site where i recieved the membership to cancel it. the employee told me to call a number so i did i spoke to some hte same day but i explained my situation and the lady made it seem as if she could cancel the membership over the phone. now for years later im being garnished for the this mess that never really did get done. i called bally's and the stated to me that i was suppose to write them a letter to cancel my memebership. i explained that information was never given to me over the phone to do so! NEVER GET BALLYS THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!
