Ballys Total Fitness Gym cutomer service number doesn't work, mailing address is invalid

I have been trying to 1. Get my membership number, and 2. Cancel my account.

1. 1.       I called the 800 number and all I got was a recording stating that I needed to contact my local gym for any questions. I went to my local gym and they couldn’t tell me my membership number and referred me back to the 800 number that doesn’t work.
2. 2.       I sent a certified letter to the Washington DC address and they returned the letter to me. I tried to send it a second time and again they returned it. I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone who can help me and the mailing address “doesn’t exist”. I’m paying $75/mth in gym fees that I shouldn’t be paying because I keep trying to cancel!!!
