Baltimoe Studio of Hair Design Owner- do not know her name. Dissapointed!!!!! Internet

I am deeply dissapointed with the services my daughter received at the Baltimore Studio of Hair Design. During the first interveiw we were told that certain things were going to happen which never happened. During theory the instructor would put the students down by telling them they weren't going to get very far and other horrible things.

The students never learned any of the things the admissions coordinator said would be taught. The school kit is very cheap, some of the things came broken. The bag it came in started falling apart the second day my daughter received it.

The school is very dirty. Mice and roaches running around every where. When my daughter sits down for lunch, you can smell the dead rats in the walls. The restrooms are very dirty, smell horrible and the sinks are rusted and dirty.

In the junior room the desk are very old and some are broken. They have 4 instructors teaching in 1 room. Its not enough space so sometimes 2 students have to share one mirror. The shampoo bowls have dirty buckets under them because they leak. All of the equipment they have at the school is old and barely usable.

When you walk into the school they have rude receptionist. They're very ghetto and unprofessional. One day my daughter walked into the school, and the receptionist was sitting at the front desk eating chicken wings. They also sit at the desk with rollers, rods, and other undone hairstyles

This school is a complete disgrace and I regret enrolling my daughter into this school. Its a scam and all they're out for is money.
