Bangedup.com clear4pay.com, lvent3.com, pay-4safebill.com, tubemembers.com, sureexp.com, Credit card required for Age Verification and free lifetime membership. Fradulent charges then charged to card Internet

www.bangedup.com/ use to be a off beat news and video site that had items the mainstream media would never show. I had not viewed the site in a very long time and came across a bookmark and decided to check it out. It said Age verfication was required to access the site. A Credit card or bank account was required but it stated "your account will not be charged"  "Submit for A  free lifetime pass"  After putting in name and email address you are taken to a credit card input screen that again shows "FREE LIFETIME PASS ACCESS"  I found out latter that if you scroll down your computer screen you will see additional small print and a box that is automatically checked signing you up for a bonus 1 day free trial membership to a couple porn sites. I missed this initial deception because it is not displayed on the screen unless you scroll down. I filled out my credit card info and was then taken to Tubemasters.com porn site not the bangedup.com site I remembered. It was just a false front site now that sucks you into a porn site. I received a email from *do_not_reply@vm6005.lven3.*com Welcome to Level Ventures Website. Your membership to tubemembers has been approved. It had a subscription ID but Nothing about any charges. It had a link to Tubemembers and when I followed it it had the warning screen about entering a porn site. I couldn't find any information on how to remove my credit card information and became very uncomfortable. I then received another email from the same sender that stated your membership to pornocity.com has been processed. $49.83 will be automatically billed monthly by www.sureexp.com/  a login and subscription ID was provided and I was able to goto the website and check and then attempt to cancel the subscription. It kept coming back with errors but on about the fourth try it accepted my cancellation and showed it was cancelled.  Latter that day I received another email from the same sender saying that Your Level Ventures Website membership has been upgraded to FULL ACCESS!  www.clear4pay.com/ will be charging me $49.97 monthly untill cancelled. I went to their website and using the subscription Id was able to cancel that account. It showed I was already billed and when I called the phone number provided no one answered. I emailed customer service explaining exactly what happened and asked them to close all acounts and remove my credit card information. I received a reply that they were sorry I didn't understand the terms of membership upgrade and directed me to a place to read them.  It also showed multiple sites I should visit and check If I had been registered for a free trial membership. I responded to that email that I never accepted any upgraded membership and considered any charges to my credit card Fraud and would report it as such.  I received another email reply again saying they are sorry I didn't understand and I should read the terms and conditions of upgraded membership and should call to request a refund. I called again but was disconnected after being on hold. Next call was to my credit card company to report online fraud. They confirmed about 4 seperate charges betwen $39-$50 were being attempted to be put thru on my card from online sites. They blocked the charges and cancelled the card number. I will receive a fraud report from them to fill out in the next few days.
