Bank of America Mortgage They refused me to get a loan modification. I sent them all my information in July. Every time that I called, they said it was under review. Then they said that documents will be coming at the end of port Richey, Florida

Due to a lot of Physcial problems with my husband, I have a lot of medical bills.I faxed over a notorized form to Bank of America in July. I was asking for a loan modification with my mortgage. I called many times and was told it was in review.In the meantime they put us in foreclosure. I needed to reduce the mortgage payment. I was told that we were approved for forebearence. Later on they told me that because we were doing a loan modification we did not get the forebearence. Everytime I called that bank ,I got a different answer.

I was told that documents were going to be delivered at the end of October. I waited for a few weeks and called them again. The said that we were not approved for the loan modificcation since October 23,2009. No one bothered to call us and let us know that.

I was told to verbally call them and tell someone about our financial bills, etc. down to the penney. I did that many times before. They are jerking me around. Because my husband is very ill, I can't move. I tried to tell them that. They do not care. We only live on social security disability. I can't get a job because I am the complete caregiver for my husband. I just do not know what to do.
