I have come to the conculsion that Bank of America is in the business of ripping off people. If they are not charging outrageous bank fee, because of their own error, they are charging you for a service that you never requested (copy of statement).

Who in there right mind would request a copy of a curent statement when you can just go on line and print a copy? They will never have to worry about me again because I am closing my accounts with them.
