Filed a claim with Bank of America, they were suppose to investigate the claim. Instead they waiting over 45 days and sent a letter in the mail that my claim was denied due to company time period. My claim was filed 1 day after the fraudulent purchase. They refuse to talk to me and discuss the claim, I've been a banker with them for 15 years. Needless to say I will be cutting ties with this bank
