I'm sure a lot of you have already been hit with bank of america's crazy overdraft fees. Charging you for every little thing that they can. Not having any kind of cap on their charges either. I had a client bounce a check and BofA charged me over $800 in bank fees. $35 for every 1.25 purchase that went overdrawn.

If you call in, they just tell you sorry, would you like to apply for overdraft protection? More $$$ in the giants pocket. Now they have overdraft fees for the overdraft fees. I logged in to check my dwindling balance as the economy sucks right now, and there was an extended overdraft charge for being overdraft more than a few days. Can you believe that? An overdraft for the overdraft? One word comes to my mind. EXTORTION!

bank of america is performing "legal" extortion on anyone who keeps a low balance in their account. They will not budge on any fees and could really give a crap about the people, their clients having a hard time. I would love to switch banks, but a majority of my customers all bank with BofA. So if i switch it would take days to cash my checks.

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 05, 2009

read that article, and then make copies of it and go into Bank of America branches all over the USA and hand them out to ALL of the EMPLOYEES working there, huh?

Batman: You're correct in your observation, Robin.

Robin: GOLLY GEE WILLIKERS, Batman, what's going on in this country of ours?

Batman: I believe that fraud & corruption has taken over, and it's now a mainstay in the corporate sector of America, & even in parts of our government.

Robin: What should we do about it, Batman?

Batman: We should EXPOSE the problems all over the worldwide web so innocent people all over can join together in the quest to stamp-out fraud & corruption.

Robin: You are 100% correct, as usual, Batman!!!

Batman: Thank you, boy-wonder.

Robin: Where's Alfred?

Batman: He's in the Bat-cave. I told him to start 'Googling' so he could make copies of the article & then we can alert the fine people who work at Bank of America, & all the other banks who were taking out those 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' on their employee's lives.

Robin: WOWSY WOW-WOW, Batman! You're a GENIUS!

Batman: No, Robin. I'm just a caped-crusader doing what's right, & helping the people of America.

Robin: What should we do right now, Batman?

Batman: Quickly Robin, to the Bat-cave. We must head to Washington in the Batmobile right away!

End.

Hatebofa, After 'Googling' this- BANK OF AMERICA COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES, and.....

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 29, 2009

reading that article about the 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' that Bank Of America was taking out on former & current employees (without their knowledge), and then collecting the benefits when these people DIED, do you think that the money that Bank of America received as a result of the DEATHS of these people would be considered a PROFIT or a GAIN?

If it is a PROFIT or a GAIN, then Bank of America would have to pay Federal Income Tax on it, correct?

Imagine how current employees at Bank of America would feel after reading that article. Just think, ANYONE could print a copy of that article and FAX it to a Bank of America branch for everyone to read, huh?

Someone could print multiple copies and walk into a Bank of America branch right now and hand them out to every employee there so they could be informed, right?

Heck, someone could also FAX a copy of that article to EVERY Bank of America branch in the USA if they had the desire to do so, right?

Have a nice day.

formulate an opinion that most Americans have been 'tricked' into believing that Federal Income tax is a tax that is mandatory for those who earn a salary or a wage on their labor, wouldn't you agree?

I never knew that 'Federal Income Tax' was a tax on PROFITS & GAINS, did you? Now I understand that Federal Income Tax is a tax for companies, corporations, & individuals who earn PROFITS & GAINS. It's not a mandatory tax on one's LABOR.

I guess BofA is not breaking any LAWS, but they sure are breaking a lot of Americans, wouldn't you agree? Perhaps BofA is simply 'tricking' their customers, just like a lot of other companies & corporations in the USA, huh? I'll bet a lot of Americans feel as though they've been tricked by our government, wouldn't you agree?

Imagine if ALL Americans simply CANCELLED their BofA accounts and opened up their accounts with local CREDIT UNIONS instead.

Imagine if ALL Americans knew that Federal Income Tax wasn't a required tax on their LABOR, as seen in the documentary entitled- AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM (you can 'Google' it!).

I hope someday America will return to the America that was intended to be a country 'FOR' the PEOPLE, and 'BY' the PEOPLE, don't you?

*Question: Do you think that the money that the Politicians & Rabbis made in the recent bust in New Jersey would be considered a PROFIT or a GAIN, or would it be considered money that they earned as a result of their LABOR?

If that money is proven to be a PROFIT or a GAIN, then they owe Federal Income tax on it, huh? But if it is deemed to be money they earned as a result of their LABOR, then they don't legally have to file a Federal Income Tax return and pay taxes on it, correct?

Make sure to 'Google' this- 3 NEW JERSEY MAYORS AND 5 RABBIS AMONG THOSE ARRESTED, and read all about it.

That is really unfortunate that B of A is punishing YOU because a customer bounced a check.

And those little transactions can add up very quick. We all know how many little nickel and time transactions we all make.

Don't decieve yourself, all of the fat cat big business banks are out for profit. You gave them a reason to profit off you. Its undoubtedly b.s.

Now, that being said, people, if you are truely angry about this, organize, and make a bigger deal out of it. Individuals do not get much attention, but when you get hundreds or thousands together, you can make a difference.

The whole OD system needs revising. For example, a $1.25 overdraft should not cost an extra $35. IMO, the overdraft should not exceed the actual transaction amount.

Just think, you could have 10 1.25 transactins cost you $350 extra.

URGENT ALERT: STOCK MARKET CRASH WAS ACCURATELY PREDICTED IN A CHRISTMAS SONG HERE AT RIPOFF REPORT ON 11-8-2007!

AUTHOR: Karl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 12, 2009

That's right! On 11-8-2007 when the Dow Jones was around 13,300 the stock market CRASH was accurately predicted in a Christmas song to the tune of- 'Hark The Herald Angels Sing'.

To read, or sing that Christmas tune, simply 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT TOYOTA AND GULF STATES TOYOTA LEMON, and the song appears in the 'Update' entitled- 'Here Is What You Can Do!' (That Update was posted on 11-8-2007)

Here are the last two lines of that song-

QUOTE:

Call our Lawyers give them cash
The Stock Market is about to CRASH!

FACT: The Dow Jones was around 13,300 the day that song was posted on 11-8-2007.

FACT: One year after that song was posted, the Dow Jones closed at 8,943.81 on Friday 11-7-2008.

FACT: The Dow Jones closed at its lowest point in MANY years on March 9th 2009. It closed at 6,547.05 (March 9th is my birthday!)

FACT: You can 'Google' this- DOW JONES CLOSE MARCH 9 2009, and look up the closes for all of 2009 & 2008.

There are several problems...

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 12, 2009

But it is not with BofA. BofA is using the agreement that if you overdraw your account they will assess overdraft fees. The reason you overdrafted does not matter. You have to remember that bouncing a check is ILLEGAL and you have legal remedies you can take against the person who bounced the check. You can take action against them in the civil courts, or contact your local District Attorney and see if they have a Check Restitution Program. It's amazing how fast people can come up with money when they are threatened with Jail.

You can not have overdraft fees assessed for keeping a "low" balance. The only time they will assess overdraft fees is if you go negative. You may also want to re-think the overdraft protection. Because they generally do not charge you any fee until you need it. Then if you use it you are charged a much smaller fee than a regular overdraft. This would be especially important if you keep low balances and have people bouncing checks on you.

But if you do keep low balances, you need to "think ahead". In addition to the overdraft protection, you need to start using cash for those small purchases. Start a Petty Cash fund, and take out a set amount. If you do overdraft it would only be for that 1 withdraw and not the multiple Debit Card Purchases.

Just remember a customer who bounces a check is not a "paying" customer.
