SEO Reputation Management at its best!

In July, 2009 I was contacted by phone from someone identifiying themselves from BankCard Empire. At the time I really thought it was a legitimate work at home job!  Especially since they lowered the fee to $100.00 and said I would not have to pay any more money.  Boy did I get suckered in!  Then low and behold I ended up putting $19,595.00 on my three credit cards for advertising. After that I was never able to log into my account and I would call them and no one would answer. Then I did some research and found out they rated an "F" at the BBB.  I submitted claims to all three of my credit cards and they said they couldn't help since I had given permission.  Then I tried to call BankCard Empire to get a refund and was told they do not give refunds!  I am 61 years old and on a very limited income and have Multiple Schlerosis.  I am divorced after 27 years of marriage and was a stay-at-home Mom for all of those years. I have not been able to find a job since I have MS and can't stand or sit too long and would have to only work part time. I am still praying that eventually I will get my money back.  Hopefully no one else will fall for their scam!

Grossed out that Bankcard got the charges dropped!

AUTHOR: Good Dad - (United States of America)

I  am  an  economic freedom  corp. / web4amer.  victim   BUT the  exact  same  scam  as  DW Scott  and  BCE.  I  do  not  see  new  posts  since  Leslie  Mersky,   with  the  aid  of  your  $  to  buy  expensive  attorneys,  got  the  charges / case  dismissed.

Do you need help recovering the money?

AUTHOR: Gary - (United States of America)

A word to the editor of this rip-off report! My name is Gary and I work for a company called American Auditing Recovery Group. We specialize in recovering lost funds for our clients who were victimized by fraudulent companies. I have been reading up on this "home business" scam that Bankcard Empire put into operation and I have the means to help you dispute the charges with your credit card companies. These disputes that I file are backed up with supporting documents including dispute letters, contracts, invoices, and the docket report that proves BankCard Empire was shut down due to a criminal investigation. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me via e-mail GRH33444@gmail.com

All the best,

Their offices were raided a few months ago...

According to AZCentral's story here:

"Leslie Mersky, 69, the father of Bankcard Empire President David

Mersky, was arrested on 25 counts of forgery and one count of fraudulent

schemes and artifices.

Leslie Mersky could not be reached for comment.

In 2001, Leslie Mersky was sentenced to 42 months in prison for his

role in a massive money-laundering scheme that bilked $60 million from

thousands of victims, including singer Dionne Warwick. No other company executives could be reached for response."

There is some info about defendants winning cases against them including attorney fees. So your only chance to get anything back if you are physically and emotionally able to deal with it, may be to sue.
