Everything starts with a postcard or a phone call. You go in and are "chosen". They promise you jobs and don't deliver. I attended their school and took all the classes. What did I learn? Nothing I could not have learned from a fashion/beauty magazine.
The walk they taught was useless. After I left them and decided Barbizon was useless, I went out on my own. A few places told me my walk was wrong and useless. Finally one stopped me and corrected me...he said I should never have been taught to walk like that and that all modeling schools are scams.
He taught me correctly and ever since I have been getting jobs, not through Barbizon, but by myself.
If you have a daughter, girlfriend, friend, or a wife that wants to go to Barbizon tell them it is a SCAM! They do NOT help you get modeling jobs. All they care about is your $!!!
