He charges more than legitimate electricians, plumbers, building contractors yet the finished product is obviously done by an unlicensed untrained amateur.

Barbara Knight tries to keep funds belonging to the estate by asking the judges to put holds on money. She later files a final distribution fund but never releases the funds to the beneficiaries.
