THIEVES!! THIEVES!! THIEVES!!

This company is HORRIBLE. They were supposed to arrive at 5:00 sharp. Normally they will give you a morning or afternoon but when I explained I had special circumstances and could not use them unless they came at 5:00 pm sharp they promised me over and over they would accommodate me. At 5:05 I called them and they said they were 5 minutes away. They didn't arrive until 5:45. Why lie if they know they weren't going to be at my place for over 1/2 hour??!!? Now for the real bad stuff... I only moved a portion out of the house I was living at to the new house. After the move, I discovered that my son's Play Station 4 was stolen along with both of his controllers and two games. In addition to that there was a sapphire bracelet, an iPad and Roku player that was stolen. These items were supposed to stay at the old house and I unpacked everything at the new house so I know they are not misplaced - THEY ARE STOLEN. I am pretty sure a nice drill was stolen too but admittedly I have to go back to the old house to verify the drill was not left behind (the drill was supposed to go to the new house). Now one could argue that maybe, just maybe these items were misplaced (although I am positive they weren't), but HERE IS HOW I KNOW THEY ARE CROOKS...They wanted me to sign something that said the truck was empty. So I made them open the truck - sure enough it looked empty except for the blankets that they wrapped my furniture with. They were surprised when I got on the truck and started moving the blankets around and found some other items they were trying to steal. I gave one of 4 guys a cleaning kit for free that I sell for $59.00 as he said he really liked it. Under the blanket a found a second cleaning kit that they were trying to steal. I know it was not an accident because the all the other cleaning kits were together in a different area - there is no way it got wrapped inside one of the blankets by mistake. It was obvious they were trying to steal it. Also, one of the guys must have been hungry as another blanket had a package of mine of Salmon Jerky around it that they were trying to steal. I should have unwrapped all the blankets completely and looked inside the cab as well. I'm really sorry I didn't. They knew I was pissed when they were caught stealing.

They also charged me for 6 rolls of shrink wrap at $39.00 per roll. You can buy a roll of shrink wrap on Amazon for $13.99 per roll. I'm not too upset about their mark up as much as I am that after they left I was looking at the amount of shrink wrap that they actually used and it couldn't have been more than 1 roll (maybe 2 but doubtful).

Also, I told them 10 times to bring a desk that they kept on ignoring as they did not want to disassemble it. Finally I told them they had to and they did reluctantly. When they brought the desk to the new house I told them 5 times to reassemble the desk but they left without doing it. I called them back the next day and complained and they came back out to reassemble it finally but I should not have had to ask so many times. When they came back, it was only 2 of the original 4 and I told them I knew my stuff was stolen. They said they did not do it and I told them if it wasn't either of them then it was one of the other 2. They told me the other 2 have been with them for 5 years and they would not do that, but when the police came they told the police officer that one of the guys was brand new and conveniently was moving the next day out of state.  So they lied about the length of time one of guys worked for the company.

At first one of the owners (at least claimed to be an owner) said he would reimburse me for the merchandise stolen and the police officer told me he said that to him as well. As time went out I could tell they were stalling with no intent to reimburse. Just hoping I would go away.

THIEVES, CROOKS, LIARS. Never again would I do business with these guys.
